Frank McMorrow leads the team, alongside fellow partner Greig Rowand and a team of specialist managers and staff. Frank and Greig have specialised in this area since the early 1990’s, working with litigation lawyers and Counsel on all aspects of civil litigation and fraud related criminal proceedings where expert accounting input is required, providing general assistance, investigation, independent reports and formal opinions, assisting in settlement negotiations and when necessary giving evidence in Court.
Both Greig and Frank also specialise in corporate finance work and bring this experience to bear in forensic share valuation cases and a wide range of commercial disputes related to shareholder issues and business sale and purchase disputes.
