We’re one of a very small number of firms in Scotland with a specialist forensic accounting team. Greig Rowand is the partner in charge of the forensic accountancy practice, assisted by Frank McMorrow, Consultant. Between them they have nearly 30 years' experience of working with many firms of litigation lawyers and with counsel on civil litigation and criminal proceedings requiring accounting input, providing general assistance, reports and formal opinions, assisting in settlement negotiations and when necessary giving evidence in court. Greig also specialises in corporate finance work and has used this experience in share valuation cases or disputes following the sale or purchase of businesses.
