External audit
Our external audit function is primarily driven by statutory requirements. That’s why we always ensure we’re up-to-date with the latest regulations. This allows us to help you react positively to changes and ensures compliance matters are always properly dealt with. In many external audits, we’re asked to consider matters of governance, wider issues of legality and achievement of best value and value for money.
Internal audit
We can look at some or all of your operational systems, helping you understand their strengths and weaknesses. We can also offer an assessment of business risk and the production and maintenance of a risk register. For many of our clients, we’re also on hand to carry out ad hoc exercises, such as examining value for money issues or the production of procedure manuals.
