Margaret has extensive experience of managing the tax compliance function for both corporate and personal clients. Her expertise covers personal and corporate tax, accounting, and business advisory services, as well as the more specialised areas of employment taxes and the Construction Industry Scheme.
Margaret advises a large number of owner managed businesses, helping them meet their obligations and manage their risk, provide general business advice, as well as helping with major asset acquisitions and disposals, and the associated tax implications.
In addition, Margaret has experience of corporation tax compliance for publicly listed companies, group planning for large groups of companies, and has also provided partnership dispute mediation.
Margaret acts as an Advisor for TOPS (Tax Help for Older People).
