Lara is primarily involved in the provision of the Firm’s corporate finance and forensic accounting services.

She has 5 years' experience working on a wide range of transactions; particularly acquisitions, disposals and management buy outs across a variety of sectors. She also has experience of due diligence and commercial share valuation assignments and assists with forensic accounting cases including share valuations, business valuations, loss of profits claims, commercial disputes, breach of warranty claims and fraud investigations.
